- Should be able to work independently with little supervision
- Should have excellent knowledge in .Net with C# ASP.Net, C# windows
C++.
- Good knowledge in OOPS and databases like MS access,MS SQL Server
2003/2008, POSTGRESQL...
- Must have good process knowledge and SDLC.

- Assertive personality, able toproactively identify and act efficiently on
- project risks or problems, self-motivated
- Should be results driven, creative and good trouble shooting skills
- Good to have knowledge on Embedded Systems software.
- Good to have knowledge in specifying functionality, requirement gathering,
analysis, technical design, coding and testing.
- Capable of handling End to End responsibilities for assigned task / activity.
- Someone who can start immediately /with short notice period[1-2 Days] will
be preferred.
